Areas of responsibility will include:

We are looking to hire a Program Manager at Avassa in Stockholm. You will be a key part of our engineering team at the early stages of design and development. You will lead execution and motivate teams in a fast moving software development environment. You will work in a fantastic team with some of the smartest and most creative people in the industry.

We think you have 3+ years of project/program management experience in a high-tech company. You have experience working with agile software development methodologies like Kanban and Scrum. You are an enthusiastic and positive person that loves working with talented people in a distributed environment.

Areas of responsibility will include:
- Work with our product owners, architects and engineering leads to plan and execute on the product development project.
- Improve our development process and ensure good agile practices.
- Determine resource requirements to meet project goals.
- Manage development tasks, and communicate progress against committed deliverables.

We are looking to hire an Integration Developer at Avassa in Stockholm. You will be a part of a fantastic team with some of the smartest, most experienced and creative developers in the industry. You will work with integration of the Avassa platform towards a wide variety of external systems and technologies.

You have 5+ years of experience within software development and likely in adjacent technical fields like networking or operations. You have experience working in public cloud environments like AWS, Azure and GCP. You are interested in modern container-based architectures and systems used in modern development and operations. This may include experience from working with popular software stacks like Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Hashicorp Terraform and Apache Pulsar. This is a multifaceted and broad technical role and you like staying close to customers and their technical users.

Areas of responsibility will include:
- Develop and maintain integrations of the Avassa platform and a wide variety of external systems including monitoring, observability, and application deployment
- Make sure our system runs smoothly together with modern development and devops tools
- Own the entire lifecycle for the components that you and the team builds

We are looking to hire a senior devops engineer at Avassa in Stockholm. You will be a key part of our engineering team at the early stages of product design and development. You will be responsible for putting in place and performing best practices related to continuously deploying and operating our code in a timely, robust and secure manner.

We think you have strong (5+ years) experience from operating software in public and private cloud environments in close collaboration with development teams. You have experience from building (designing, recruiting, operationalizing) operations teams in growing organizations while continuously shipping code into production.

The current amount of outstanding work is infinite, so the prioritization will happen between this role, the core development team and the product side.

The areas of responsibility includes:
- Own and drive the user experience of operating the Avassa system. I.e. installing and maintaining all the constituent parts
- Own and drive the internal build and release pipeline, including being the release engineer
- Own and drive the customer-facing delivery chain, i.e. how do we robustly deliver our software to end-users
- Own and drive the technical and operational design of our Avassa PaaS offering
