This policy explains which cookies avassa.io sets, what each one is for, and how you can control them. It covers the website only — the Avassa Edge Platform itself is a separate product with its own terms.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise your browser on a later page or a later visit. Some cookies are needed for the site to work at all; others measure how the site is used, or support our marketing.

These are set so the site and its forms function. They cannot be switched off from here.

Analytics
These tell us which pages are read and how visitors arrive, so we can improve the site. They are set by HubSpot, which we use for our website analytics.

Marketing
These are set when you play an embedded video, or by HubSpot to measure our advertising. YouTube cookies are set only on the articles that embed a video, and only once the player loads.
